Automatic rigid box machine features

1) The machine with high output running speed about 1200-1800 pcs/ hour. 1 operator run the machine, 1 assistant for adding materials. 2 QC check the quality when box come out and then pack.

2) High-precision rigid box equipments The machine adopts Switzerland find throttling valve and electric eye rectify a deviation (error is +-0.1mm). This will increase the rigid box quality.

3) The glue feeder part of the rigid box machine uses servo feeder control system. It saves about 10-20 mins. for adjust feeder when change the paper size.
Traditional machine using the cam control system which needs to adjust the gears when change the size of paper.
The new system (servo feeder) makes it easier and faster. Just input the size of the paper into the computer, machine can automatically adjust the glue feeder part.
